Ryanzi Homes Rules and Regulations
1. Cleanliness and Maintenance: Tenants must keep their apartments clean and tidy at all times. Regular cleaning is essential to maintain a healthy living environment. Common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and shared facilities, must be kept clean and free of personal items. Garbage and recycling must be disposed of properly in designated bins. Tenants are responsible for taking out their trash regularly to prevent odors and pests. 2. Property Care: Tenants must not cause any damage to the apartment or common areas. This includes walls, floors, fixtures, and appliances. Any damages caused by tenants or their guests must be reported immediately to the management office. Tenants may be held financially responsible for repairs. Alterations or modifications to the apartment, such as painting or installing fixtures, are not permitted without prior written approval from the management. 3. Notice for Moving Out: Tenants must provide at least one month's written notice before moving out. This allows the management to make necessary arrangements for the next tenant. The apartment must be left in the same condition as when the tenant moved in, with all personal belongings removed and any damages repaired. A final inspection will be conducted by the management to ensure the apartment is clean and undamaged. Any necessary repairs or cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit. 4. Respect for Neighbors: Tenants must respect the privacy and peace of their neighbors. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Parties and gatherings must be conducted in a manner that does not disturb other residents. Any complaints of excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in penalties. 5. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at Ryanzi Homes, but tenants must adhere to the pet policy. This includes cleaning up after pets and ensuring they do not cause damage or disturbances. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas and must not be left unattended. 6. Safety and Security: Tenants must not tamper with or disable any safety or security devices, such as smoke detectors, fire alarms, or security cameras. All entry doors must be kept closed and locked to maintain the security of the building. Tenants must report any suspicious activity or security concerns to the management office immediately. 7. Compliance with Laws: Tenants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as the rules and regulations set forth by Ryanzi Homes. Any illegal activities or violations of these rules may result in eviction and legal action.
